TOM'S CHI-VEGETABLE PIZZA 
A very light, pleasing lunch - "low cal".

2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt or 1/2 tsp. salt substitute
1 c. water (115°F)
1/4 c. Planters peanut oil
1/4 c. sugar or 4 pkgs. sugar substitute

TOPPING:

1 (42 oz.) can oriental vegetable mix chicken chow mein (press out all water)
1 (14 oz. can) LaChoy gravy and chicken

Place all dry crust dough ingredients in bowl. Mix with water and knead until elastic. Place in pans. Top with Prego sauce (1 cup). Top with drained vegetables. Top with gravy and chicken (can use tuna instead). Top with mixture of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese, grated.

Makes 2 (12-inch) or 3 (10-inch) pizzas.
