TORTIERE 
1 lb. lean ground pork
1/2 c. cranberry-orange relish
Salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg, cinnamon or clove
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. chicken broth
Pastry for 2 pies

Combine all ingredients (except crust) and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cool. Line a 9 inch pie plate with pastry and pour in the filling. Cover with top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
