PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH PIG PEN CAKE | |
1/2 c. oil 1 box yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges Drain oranges and save juice. Mix oil, juice, cake mix, eggs and beat 5 minutes. Fold in oranges. Pour batter into two cake pans (greased and floured). Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Let cool. ICING: 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (4 oz.) instant pudding Drain pineapple; mix all ingredients together and spread on cake. |
