EASY GINGER CRISPS | |
1 (14.5 oz.) pkg. Betty Crocker gingerbread mix 1/4 c. warm water Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix 1 package of gingerbread mix with 1/4 cup warm water. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in granulated sugar. Place cookies on greased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with greased bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Yields about 2 dozen cookies. |
