NEW ENGLAND BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
6 jumbo shrimp
1 c. prepared stuffing
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 strip bacon

Shell and devein shrimp; split down back. Flatten; place in buttered broil pan. Mix stuffing, celery, onion, oregano, salt and enough water to hold stuffing together. Fill opening with stuffing; place 1/4 slice bacon on top of dressing (if desired). Bake or broil 10 minutes in 350 degree oven or until slightly brown and shrimp turns pink. Yields 6 servings.
