ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. egg beaters
2 egg whites

Mix all ingredients well until blended. Pour into 8 x 8 inch greased dish. Bake 30-40 minutes.
