OREO YUM 
1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
2 (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Melt butter. Mix with 2/3 of the crushed cookies. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix pudding and milk. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pan. Top with remaining 1/3 crushed Oreos. Refrigerate.
