1 pkg. orange cake mix
1 can peach pie filling
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

NOTE: Yellow cake mix plus 1 teaspoon orange flavoring can be substituted if orange cake mix is unavailable.

Beat cake mix with above ingredients for 1 minute, use fork. Pour in ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 regular size instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix all above ingredients, then add Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake.
