EASY ONIONY STEAK AND POTATOES 
1 lb. round steak, cut about 1/2" thick
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 env. onion soup mix for 4 servings
4 med. potatoes, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans, thawed
2 tbsp. flour

About 50 Minutes Before Serving:

In large skillet, over medium heat, in hot salad oil, brown steak well on both sides. Stir in 2 1/2 cups water, onion soup mix, potatoes, salt and pepper; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add green beans; cover and cook 10 minutes more or until meat and vegetables are tender. Remove meat and vegetables to heated platter; keep warm.

In cup, blend 1/2 cup water and flour until smooth; gradually stir into hot liquid in skillet and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve gravy with meat and vegetables. Makes 4 servings.
