MACARONI SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) box twist macaroni
1 bunch broccoli, cut in bite size
1 (6 oz.) black olives, sliced
1 (16 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
3 or 4 carrots, cut in sm. pieces
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 (16 oz.) Zesty Italian dressing

Cook and drain macaroni, combine all other ingredients in a large bowl, leave Zesty Italian dressing to last. Macaroni cooled, add it and dressing to other ingredients. Chill overnight. May want to microwave carrots for 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
