SOLE OR FLOUNDER 
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
4 fresh fillets, sole or flounder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. (7 3/4 oz.) salmon, drained, flaked
1/4 c. chili sauce

Line bottom of 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan with onion. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Place 1/4 of salmon on each fillet. Roll up lengthwise. Place in dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove. Stir together remaining ingredients, spoon over fillets. Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with watercress, lemon slices and cooked shrimp. Serves 4.
