HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Measure all ingredients except vanilla into medium saucepan.

2. Stir constantly over medium-high heat.

3. Bring mixture to a rolling boil and continue stirring 3-5 minutes.

4. Remove from heat, add vanilla.

5. Serve hot or chilled over ice cream.

6. Yields one cup - store in refrigerator.

7. Do not overcook. Overcooking will cause sauce to crystalize and harden as it cools down.
