CINDY'S CHEESE THINGS 
1 cup water
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
¼ tsp salt
4 unbeaten eggs
1 cup (+ ¼ cup for topping) grated Gruyere (or Swiss) cheese

1. Bring water and butter to boil. Let cool.

2. Add in flour, salt, eggs, and cheese. Mix well.

3. Place spoonfuls onto a greased pan in the shape of a wreath.

4. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese right after removing from oven.
