HOLIDAY YUMMIES 
2 egg whites
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. minced glazed fruits
2 c. crisp corn flakes
Glazed fruits for decoration

Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Beat in granulated sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients except decorative fruit. Drop from teaspoon onto baking sheet lined with greased brown paper or baker's parchment paper. Decorate cookies with reserved glazed fruits. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes, or until delicate brown. Makes about 36 crunchy, chewy cookies.
