HONEY & LEMON CHICKEN 
Delicious baked or grilled.

MARINADE:

1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. light clover honey
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil (or 1 tbsp. dried)
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper

Combine lemon juice, honey, oil and garlic in food processor and blend for about 30 seconds. Stir in basil and pepper. Pour over chicken pieces and marinate six hours or overnight. Bake or grill, basting frequently.
