HONEY - LEMON SALAD DRESSING 
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. shallots, minced
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. + 3 tbsp. salad oil
1/3 c. + 3 tbsp. olive oil

Combine mustard, pepper and salt. Whip egg. Add garlic, shallots and herbs. Slowly add 1/4 cup lemon juice, salad oil, olive oil and honey. Blend well and add last 1/4 cup lemon juice.
