TARRAGON-DIJON SALAD DRESSING 
2 tbsp. olive oil
5 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. water
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/4 tsp. tarragon, crushed
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp. shallots or green onion, minced
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to your taste

Combine all ingredients well and put in your refrigerator. Makes one cup.
