1 box white Duncan Hines cake mix
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. red food color
1 stick butter
1 c. buttermilk
6 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix soda and vinegar together and set aside. Combine cake mix, cocoa, vanilla, milk, eggs, butter and food color and mix until moist. Then add soda and vinegar mixture. Put in 3 pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients together and frost cake.
