MOM'S SPECIAL RED VELVET CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Swiss chocolate cake mix (reduce water to 1 1/4 c.)
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 bottle red food color

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour

Cook until thick. Let cool and add to 2 sticks butter and 1 cup sugar, creamed. Frost cake when cool. This makes a great Valentine's cake.
