RED VELVET CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 bottle red food coloring
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1/3 c. oil

ICING:

3 tbsp. flour
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Mix cake according to directions on box except reduce water by 1/4 cup and add the 1/3 cup oil and pudding. Add cocoa and food coloring. Mix well. Place soda on top of mix. Pour vinegar on soda. Stir gently. Bake at 350 degrees in pan which only the bottom has been greased and floured. Sheet cake bake 40 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of the pan. For icing, combine flour and milk. Cook, stirring constantly. Cool. Cream butter and sugar. Add cooked mixture and beat well. Stir in vanilla.
