BROCCOLI VINAIGRETTE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli 1 bottle Italian salad dressing 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped 8 pitted black olives, chopped Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and chill. Toss broccoli with Italian dressing. Add eggs, pimentos and olives; toss again. Yield: 6 servings. |
