HOT BROCCOLI DIP 
1 round Hawaiian bread
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 sm. jar pimento

Cut slice from top of bread; remove center leaving 1 inch shell. Cut removed bread into bite-size pieces. Cover shell with top. Place on cookie sheet with bread pieces and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

In large skillet, saute onions in butter. Reduce heat and add cheese cubes; stir until melted. Stir in broccoli; heat thoroughly. Spoon into bread shell and serve hot with toasted bread pieces.
