HOT POTATO DISH 
6 tbsp. butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 c. onion
Frozen hash browns
Potato chips

Melt 4 tablespoons butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Place a layer of hash browns in pan on melted butter. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese and onion. Spread mixture over hash browns. Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Pour over top and top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
