POTATO HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger, brown and drain
1 can whole kernel corn
1 onion, chopped
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can tomato soup
4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Brown and drain hamburger. Slice a layer of potatoes in bottom of Dutch oven. Then a layer of meat, season and add some onion, 1/2 can of corn, 1/2 can vegetable beef soup, 1/2 can tomato soup. Then start over with potatoes. Finish with a layer of potatoes. Add water half way.

Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender (at least 1 hour 45 minutes).
