ALMA'S BASIL LINGUINE 
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 oz. Camembert (or Brie) cheese, cut into 1/4" cubes
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb. linguine

Cook linguine. Add olive oil to saucepan under medium heat. Add tomatoes, basil and garlic and cook until basil is wilted. Drain linguine and transfer to large mixing bowl. Add tomato/basil mixture and cheese. Toss until cheese begins to melt and serve. Serves 2 as main dish and 4 as appetizer.
