WINE COOKIES 
1 1/4 qt. wine
1 qt. oil (olive oil or Mazola)
5 lbs. flour
2 1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Heat wine and oil to boiling point for 5 minutes. Add wine and oil mixture to 2 1/2 pounds flour in large pan. When it's cool add beaten eggs and rest of flour, 2 1/2 pounds. Knead the dough, until it's medium. Not too soft or too hard. Roll in little balls and run over a fork or little play, wash board. Fry in oil in a cooker 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then dip in honey mixture (2 cups honey, 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons Karo syrup). Boil 3 minutes then keep and dip them warm.
