2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend well. Drop by rounded teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
