CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 1/2 qt. popped corn
1 c. peanuts or pecans
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in large pan. Boil 5 minutes. Beat in soda vigorously, add nuts. Pour over popped corn and stir until popcorn is coated. Bake for 1 hour, 200 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes.
