DEEP DISH TACO SQUARE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 env. taco seasoning 1 sm. onion, diced 3/4 c. water 2 c. Bisquick 2 pts. tomatoes, drained 1/2 c. water 1 c. diced green pepper 1 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 2/3 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. onion, diced Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Brown meat; add onion and cook until transparent. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 15 minutes. Drain if necessary. Mix Bisquick and water to a soft dough. Pat in pan and 1/2 inch up sides. Add tomatoes and green pepper to meat mixture. Pour into pastry. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, and onion and spread over all. Bake 30-35 minutes. |
