DEEP DISH TACO SQUARES 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. cold water
1 to 2 med. tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Grease square 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and onion. Reserve. Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms.

Pat dough in pan, pressing dough 1/2 inch up sides. Layer beef, tomatoes and peppers next. Spoon sour cream mixture over top. Bake until edges of dough are light brown (at 375 degrees) or 25 to 30 minutes.
