GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
1 peck green tomatoes (chopped)
8 lg. onions. (chopped)
10 green bell peppers (chopped)
3 tbsp. salt
3 hot peppers (chopped)
1 qt. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 3/4 c. sugar

Mix onion, tomatoes and peppers. Cover with salt let stand overnight. Drain well, add hot peppers, vinegar, sugar and spices boil slowly about 15 or 20 minutes pack into sterilized jars and seal process in boiling water bath 5 minutes.

Makes 6 pints.
