CURRIED TURKEY 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 apple, peeled & chopped
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tbsp. curry powder
1 cube chicken bouillon (or granules)
1 c. half & half
2 c. turkey, cooked & diced
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits, drained

In large skillet melt butter and saute apple and onion about 5 minutes. Stir in flour, curry powder and bouillon. Slowly stir in half and half. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Stir in turkey and pineapple. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over hot rice.
