ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
4 c. zucchini (cut into sm. pieces)
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 reg. box chicken Stove Top

Cook green pepper and onions until tender, drain. Mix sour cream and chicken soup then combine with first mixture.

Prepare dressing using melted butter and seasoning but no water. Layer dressing and zucchini mix (zucchini was added to the vegetables) ending with dressing. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
