EGG ROLLS 
1 pkg. sausage
1 sm. cabbage
3 med. carrots
1 stalk celery
1 lg. onion
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
1 lg. green pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Steam cabbage, carrots, green pepper, celery and 3/4 onion all together with spices. Fry sausage and onion in fry pan. When brown, drain and cool. Mix all together then put 1 tablespoonful on corner of egg roll wrapper. Roll and fold in side corners. Then fry on all sides until golden brown. Serve with duck sauce.
