VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can baby May peas, drained
1 can baby whole shoepeg corn, drained
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1/4-1/2 onion, chopped fine
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white or black pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all together and store in refrigerator.
