SOUR CREAM SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 lg. jar sauerkraut, drained
1 pt. sour cream
1 roll German sausage
2 green peppers, cut up
1 lg. onion, cut up
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. butter

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add chunked sausage and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Add sauerkraut and heat until bubbly (not TOO HOT or cream will curdle). Add sour cream and mustard.
