HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Cavender seasoning
1 lg. pkg. Velveeta cheese
2 cans yellow hominy

Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Cook until it thickens. Add next 3 ingredients. Add Velveeta cheese and melt. Add hominy. Serve hot.
