CHOCOLATE TORTE DESSERT 
1 pkg. devil foods cake mix
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 pkg. chocolate pudding, instant
3 c. milk
Heath bars (2 lg. or 4 sm.) crushed, optional

1. Make cake according to package directions. Cool completely. Crumble 1/2 of the cake in the bottom of a large serving container.

2. Make pudding according to package directions. Spoon 1/2 of pudding on top of crumbled cake. Spoon 1/2 of Cool Whip over this. Then sprinkle Heath bars.

3. Make another layer of remaining cake, pudding, Cool Whip and Heath bars. Refrigerate until firms.

4. Chopped walnuts may be used instead of the Heath bars.
