CHURCH WINDOW COOKIES 
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 pkg. colored miniature marshmallows

Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Turn off heat. Stir in marshmallows until coated. Chill hands with cold water. Roll into a log. Roll in coconut or nuts for added flavor. Wrap in wax paper and chill until hard. Slice.
