1 lg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. French vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Grind cookies (with centers) in blender until like dirt mixture. Mix butter, cream cheese; add sugar, milk and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip.

Layer bottom of "flower pot" with cookies then cream mixture, repeating until all are used. End with cookies on top. Refrigerate.
