HAMBURGER VEGETABLE CHOWDER 
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
1 minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. barley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. cubed potatoes

Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add beef and brown well. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook at 15 pounds pressure for 15 minutes. Reduce pressure slowly as manufacturer directs. Makes 4 servings.
