HAMBURGER-VEGETABLE CHOWDER 
Oil
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. water
1 can whole tomatoes with liquid
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced potatoes
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 whole onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown hamburger in oil and drain. Add all ingredients. Cook 15 minutes, rocking slowly. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
