2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
4 c. apples, diced
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
