AUNT CONNIE'S CARROT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
4 eggs, beat well
2 c. carrots, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients with hand mixer until thoroughly mixed. Pour into ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chopped nuts are optional.
