EASY CLAM CHOWDER 
2 slices bacon, diced
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of potato soup
1 (8 oz.) can minced clams

Cook bacon and onion until browned, add soup.

Drain clams, add enough milk to juice to make 1 3/4 cups. Gradually stir into mixture. Heat to boiling point, add clams and reheat. Do not boil. Serve hot.
