BLACK BOTTOM CUPS 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

In small bowl, cream cream cheese. Add egg, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Beat well and add 1 cup chocolate chips.

In large bowl, mix: 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. cocoa

Beat in: 1/3 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla

Fill cupcake liners 1/3 full of chocolate mixture. Top each cupcake with spoonful of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup sugar and 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 24 cupcakes.
