1 1/2 c. corn meal 4 tbsp. rice flour 4 tbsp. cornstarch 3 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. sugar Combine the above. Add and stir until smooth: 4 tbsp. melted shortening 2 eggs Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
