GREAT DIP 
1 small onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
16 to 20 oz. jar salsa

Spread cream cheese in bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle on diced onion and pepper. Cover with salsa, then Monterey Jack cheese.

Bake 25 minutes in 350°F oven. Serve with nacho chips.
