EASY POTATO SOUP 
16 oz frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. chopped onions
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
2 c. water
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 c. milk

Combine first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soup and milk - heat through. Garnish if desired with shredded cheddar cheese, diced cooked ham or bacon. Add pepper to taste.
