EASY POTATO SOUP 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. onion, chopped
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
3 c. water (or less for thicker soup)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. chopped ham (optional)

Combine hash brown potatoes, onion, chicken broth and water in a large pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly.
